Bahati’s interview on Hot 96 with Jeff Koinange and Nick Odhiambo took an interesting twist when Diana Marua was mentioned.
The singer was interviewed on Hot 96 where he talked about his recently launched manifesto for Mathare constituency.
Bahati launched his manifesto at an expensive dinner where guests paid a whopping Ksh100,000 each to attend.
The singer is vying for Mathare parliamentary seat on a Jubilee ticket, he used the dinner to raise money for his campaign.
He talked about his vision for Mathare constituency during the interview with Jeff Koinange and Nick Odhiambo on Hot 96.
Towards the end of the interview, Nick decided to ask Bahati a personal question and this didn’t go down well with the singer.
The Hot 96 presenter wanted to ask Bahati about his wife but the wannabe Mathare MP quickly shut him down even before he could finish.
“No you have spoken about all those things let’s talk about Diana,” Nick Odhiambo said.
Bahati quickly interjected and warned Nick to steer clear of questions about his wife.
“Achana na bibi yangu,” Bahati told Nick Odhiambo.
Nick quickly apologized to Bahati before they all laughed to defuse the tense situation in the studio.
“Sawa sawa pole, sitarudia,” Nick told Bahati and they all laughed out loud.
