Priscah Mwaro, the ex-wife of Sports CS Ababu Namwamba, died at MP Shah hospital.
A close relative who confirmed the death said the deceased passed on while receiving treatment at the facility.
The relative however didn’t disclose what ailment Priscah was suffering from.
The body of the deceased was moved to MP Shah mortuary in Nairobi.
Until her death, Priscah was an employee of KenGen. She occasionally shared light moments on social media, letting her fans into her life.
Priscah was married to Ababu for 8 years and together they had three children.
However, their marriage came to end in 2018 after the Sports CS cheated on the deceased with multiple women.
Ababu left his wife Priscah Mwaro Namwamba for Miss Tourism Busia 2018 Ann Paula Machio.
The Sports CS met the beauty queen in May 2018 during the beauty pageant in Busia.
The Nairobian newspaper reported that Ababu’s late wife Priscah Mwaro was forced out of her matrimonial home because of her husband’s affair with a niece, a Moi University student and the former Miss Tourism Busia.
Ababu was said to be cohabiting with his niece Cecilia Moraa besides having an affair with Luciana Mimo Andafu – who was then a student at Moi University student and Ann Paula Machio – the 2018 Miss Tourism Busia.
The Nairobian reported that Luciana Mimo Andafu was living in Ababu’s house in Port Victoria, Budalang’i constituency, Busia county at the time.
The paper said that Ababu was staying with Paula in Eden Valley Estate in Nairobi after she kicked Priscah Mwaro out.
“Ababu called me while at a funeral and asked me to tell Prisca to return Moraa’s bag, which she picked after gaining access to their house through a back door,” Prisca’s brother Patrick Mwaro told The Nairobian confirming his sister was no longer living with Ababu.
Ababu later broke up with Ann Paula Machio and married yet another young woman Janet Angatia.
Ababu Namwamba officially introduced his wife Janet Angatia who is an upcoming commercial model on social media for the very first time in his Karen home in Nairobi in April 2021.
