41-year-old Zari Hassan is currently dating a fellow Ugandan called GK Choppa who is way younger than her, she has since became a victim of age-shamming.
The mother of five didn’t post GK Choppa until their romantic photos leaked and blogs ran away with the story.
Zari and her younger lover were spotted packing on the PDA (public display of affection) about two weeks ago as they hanged out together.
She ultimately decided to post her new man on social media after blogs across the continent shared photos of them spending quality time together.
The Ugandan socialite has come under scathing attacks from critics who call her a sugar mommy for dating a younger man.
Zari eventually got fed up of being called a cougar and she decided to hit back at her critics.
Weeks ago, Zari took to social media and stated that she doesn’t need permission from her fans to date a younger man.
She also made it clear that age is just a number, that her ultimate goal is being happy in a relationship.
“My decision doesn’t need any permission from my fans watch what you say age will just be a number happiness should come first loll,” wrote Zari.
Zari no longer feels irritated by critics who are trolling her for dating a younger man.
The Ugandan socialite recently teased critics who were casting her for being in a relationship with GK Choppa.
“Bado zaenea Zari kapenda mtoto ama alishakomaa (Still think Zari loves a child or he has now matured),” Zari wrote.
