Akothee Sparks Controversy After Insulting Ugly Woman Who Has Been Attacking Her

Akothee has stirred up heated online debates after openly criticizing Mercy, a woman who she claims previously abused her.

In a fiery social media post, Akothee called out Mercy, accusing her of having failed in marriage and misleading others with her views on relationships.

Akothee, who is no stranger to public scrutiny, also hinted at her relationship with her husband, Nellyoaks, with plans for their future marriage being a frequent topic of discussion.

Her post, which has drawn widespread attention and comments from Kenyans, was characteristically blunt and laced with sarcasm.

“Mercy, wachana na mimi. Nataka kumpa Nellyoaks massage, saa zake za massage zimefika. Mercy, mercy, mercy, hata wewe una nguvu za kunitusi na vile wanaume wanakuangaisha. Mercy, umetoka wapi na nguvu ya kutype ujinga? Mercy nyar Alego, mercy. I will come back for you at 9:00 PM once Nelly is asleep. Mercy tukutane 9:00 PM. I want to see the end of that eyebrow,” Akothee wrote, sparking a flurry of reactions.

The musician’s decision to expose Mercy’s photos and launch personal attacks has divided Kenyans, with many taking to social media to criticize Akothee for what they see as an uncalled-for public spat.

Others, however, have defended her, arguing that she is justified in standing up for herself after facing alleged abuse.

Akothee’s marital life and public statements often dominate headlines, with her unapologetic approach to life earning both praise and criticism.

While her relationship with Nellyoaks remains a significant focus, the musician’s latest feud with Mercy has further cemented her reputation as one of Kenya’s most outspoken celebrities.
