Bishop Walter Ogwada has built super huge mansion in Migori, stealing spotlight from Akothee’s house.

For years, Akothee’s mansion was the most talked about residence in Migori county, but not anymore.

Bishop Walter ‘Marowa’ Ogwada has now stolen the crown from Akothee with his mega-mansion in Alara village in Suna East constituency.

The preacher, who ministers at the International Gospel Ministries Church, on October 14, 2023, invited the people to the grand opening of their new palatial home.

Dignitaries included; Ida Odinga, Migori governor Ochilo Ayacko and a handful of MPs.

Apart of his clerical work, Bishop Walter Ogwada is also the founder and CEO of Marowa Hardware – the leading stores in the entire western region.

The preacher’s hacienda is estimated to have cost a whopping Ksh800 million. The price tag is only second to Raila Odinga’s Ksh1 billion ‘State House’ which is nestled in Riat Hills in Kisumu city.
