Jacque Maribe has been cagey about her love life ever since her ex-fiancé Joseph ‘Jowie’ Irungu dragged her into a murder case.
On 30th June 2018, Jowie went down on one knee and asked for Jacque Maribe’s hand in marriage, to which she said yes!
Just three months after the marriage proposal, Jowie and Maribe were caught up in a murder case that caused their breakup.
Jowie was charged with murdering businesswoman Monica Kimani on the night of September 19/20 2018 while Maribe was charged as an accomplice.
The High Court in Nairobi on October 6, 2023, rescheduled the verdict in the murder case against Jowie and Maribe to December 15, 2023.
Even as Maribe awaits court verdict in the murder case, the mother of two recently dropped hints she has been taken.
If her latest post on Instagram Stories is anything to go by, then Jacque Maribe is officially a married woman!
Jackie casually dropped the bombshell on her Instagram stories, leaving her fans grappling to make of her post.
“Somebody somewhere said she is the one, and just like that, the Miss became Mrs,” Jacque Maribe wrote.
It’s not clear who she was referring to as Maribe has been very secretive about her relationship ever since the catastrophe with Jowie.
