The high-profile couple of Kate Actress and Director Phil yesterday announced their separation, which was met with both support and curiosity from their fans. However, one particular claim regarding the custody of Kate’s son has caught their attention, and Kate Actress wasted no time in setting the record straight.
Kate Actress and Phil the Director, who first crossed paths on the set of the beloved ‘Mother In Law’ show back in 2012-2013, announced their separation on a Tuesday.
In their joint statement, they emphasized their commitment to maintaining a friendly, professional relationship and co-parenting their children. The couple’s separation wasn’t exactly a well-kept secret, as they revealed that they had reached this decision “a long while ago.”
However, the drama didn’t stop there.
On Wednesday, blogger Edgar Obare ignited a firestorm of rumors by suggesting that Kate’s son had chosen to stay with Phil following their separation, while Kate would remain with their daughter.
The allegation was met with a swift and vehement response from Kate Actress herself.

“This is rubbish!” Kate declared, dismissing the claims as baseless. It’s not uncommon for the media and social media to latch onto sensational stories during celebrity breakups, often blowing things out of proportion for clicks and views.
