Mejja Denies Spreading Rumours About Trio Mio Soring D- In KCSE 

Mejja has absolved himself from reports about Trio Mio’s dismal performance in the 2022 KCSE exams.

The Genge rapper raised eyebrows on Friday, January 21, 2023, when he allegedly congratulated Trio Mio for scoring a mean grade of D- in the 2022 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams.

“Congratulations Trio Mio, scoring a D- is not a joke,” a post from a Facebook account purporting to be Mejja’s read.

However, in a quick rejoinder, Mejja came out to deny that Facebook account that congratulated Trio Mio for scoring D- in KCSE exams.

The Genge rapper stressed that he didn’t have any account on Facebook or even Twitter, insisting that he was only on Instagram.

“Hii ni fake news. For 1000 time siko Facebook, Twitter ama TikTok. Niko IG,” Mejja wrote on his InstaStories on his genuine Instagram account.

There have been speculations about Trio Mio’s KCSE grade ever since the results were released on Friday January 20, 2023.

In the results announced by CS Machogu, 1,146 candidates scored grade A while 173,345 candidates scored C+.

A total of 884,263 candidate sat for the exam last year.
