First-time mother Nadia Mukami has opened up about the challenges of raising her son Haseeb Kai.
The sultry singer became a mother for the first time when she gave birth to her son on 24th March 2022.
However, parenting has not been easy for Mukami. She recently opened up about the struggles of parenting.
”I really struggled with the whole new mummy thing! Bruh! I am a very strong woman but I really did get overwhelmed,” she wrote.
The songstress stated that when she tried to explain to others how difficult the situation was for her, they would criticize her for acting overly emotional and weak.
“I tried to try tell anyone how hard that shift was the story was; why are you acting weak, you are not the first one, you are being emotional.”
The singer noted that she struggled to strike a balance between parenting and work.
“Work overwhelmed me the most! I felt like no one understood me at all. I just ask God for strength and guidance!!!”
