DJ Pierra Makena is 44-years old but she doesn’t look her age. Just like most millennials, Pierra has maintained a youthful look and she attributes it to the kind of food that she was fed while growing up.

Aside from the type of food you consume, there are more habits that will make you look younger than you actually are.

They include;

Hydrating ensures that your body functions smoothly during digestion, absorption, secretion and even blood circulation.

Proper hydration is visible through the skin. With a dehydrated body, your skin will appear dull, cracked and flaky. Wrinkles and fine lines, which are signs of raging, will also be visible.

To avoid such, it is recommended that one should take enough water and other healthy fluids such as fruit juices.

Most people are usually confined to desks, working all day with no time to engage in physical exercises. To look younger, you however need to make time to engage in exercises.

This means that you not only attend to your physical well being but also the mental well-being.

Be attentive and conscious of the moment. Don’t allow yourself to be worked up over small issues. Maintain a calm demeanour and embrace your surroundings and feelings.

To be mindful, you can engage in yoga, meditation and even taking time to focus on your breath. With this, you will feel fulfilled and happy.

7. Use sunscreen
