Curvaceous socialite Corazon Kwamboka gave birth to two children in quick succession in 2020 and 2021, and she still has an insanely sexy postpartum body.
Baby fat is the extra weight gained by a woman during the course of pregnancy, in particular that remaining after the birth.
Weight gain in pregnancy varies greatly. Most pregnant women gain between 10kg and 12.5kg, putting on most of the weight after week 20.
Much of the extra weight is due to the baby growing, but women’s body will also be storing fat, ready to make breast milk after the baby is born.
Baby fat doesn’t necessarily go away on its own. Some women usually hit the gym after giving birth to get back in shape.
Corazon Kwamboka gave birth to her first child a baby boy on August 9th 2020. She was blessed with her second child a baby girl on December 8th 2021. Both of her children were fathered by fitness coach Frankie Kiarie alias Frankie Just Gym It.
Well, the mother of two has been working hard behind the scene to regain her curvy figure. Corazon has now revealed how she manages to keep her tummy flat.
According to the mother of two, her genetics have played a huge role on how her body responds after giving birth.
Through her socials, Corazon said that her problematic area is her thighs as it is where her excess weight accumulates.
“If you store fat on your belly snapping back wont be immediate, so there is no need to panic about something you have no control over. I genetically store fat on my thighs that’s my challenge area.” Kwamboka wrote.
She added that;
“As long as you are healthy and happy do not worry about snapping back. Give yourself time and enjoy being a mum. Appreciate your new body. Do not compare your snap back with Instagram people.”
