Kenya has been ranked at position 73 in the 2023 list that rates how powerful each country’s passport is.
A report from U.K.-based global citizenship and residence advisory firm Henley & Partners reveals that Kenya passport holders can access 73 destinations without visa.
The report, based on data from the International Air Transport Association (ITATA), ranks all the world’s 199 passports according to the number of destinations their holders can access without a prior visa.
Based on the Henley index, Japanese citizens have the most access as their passport was ranked the most powerful in the world.
The least powerful passport was Afghanistan’s with their citizens only able to access 27 visa-free destinations.
